Well, technically, it's not a 3D buddhabrot.
It's a slice of a power-8 3D anti-buddhabrot (based on the mandelbulb) grin

My implementation is insanly slow (and poorly coded (and in java (and single thread))) and i need to rewrite that if i want to see a good looking "3D buddhabrot" that take less than the age of the universe to render correctly smiley
