Hey I'd really like to get someone from http://www.fractas.com to come on the board.  They could add weight to mainstream uses of fractals in business.

But yes I think if Mandelbrot himself would have joined there'd be champagne all round!  It's funny, when I told my wife that Michael Barnsley joined FF ('possibly the second most important person in fractals alive today' (I might be wrong, but hey)) she said, "That's very nice dear, now how is my dining room furniture selling on eBay?"
