Allthrough I'm glad those fractal software are related here only WINDOWS, LINUX, MACHINTOSH and ANDROID.
But I have a friend whick living at country, and whick have a old PC have working on SOLARIS as operating system.
I looked that on SOLARIS exist a program like FRACTAL EXPLORER.
But this chapter "Fractal Software" have chapter only "Windows fractal software", "Linux fractal software", "Machintosh fractal software" and "Other platform" and not contain "Solaris fractal software".
I have a few fractal images on SOLARIS

I used to work on Solaris workstations, between about 1995-2004. (Then we switched to Linux because we couldn't afford Sun hardware any more.) It's basically Unix, so I'd think it ought to be possible to build open-source software written for Linux on it, but the dreaded 'endian issues' might complicate matters. And unless your friend's computer is a wardrobe-sized server I wouldn't expect the performance to compete with a modern consumer laptop -- maybe not even then.

You right.
The computer of my friend is old and is desktop PC but not so big. I don't know what is producer for SOLARIS operating system, but UNIX is made by XANADOL SOFTWARE, this whick was created LINUX and UBUNTU.
The operating system SOLARIS is out of bussines,especially that if request SUN type hardware, then normally that SOLARIS producer was cancelled to create the operating system LUNARIS how it promissed.
I did it to answer at the issue why don't exist the chapter "Solaris fractal software" at this chapter on FF. O K !! Fractal Smile
