Posting flash animations

Hello, I've made an entry in the movie category of the spring 2011 contest.  I didn't however see a way to include inline flash html code, so I just put links to my website (http://www.mandelmania.net) that have the high definition flash videos on there.  Could someone please explain how to put the inline flash code in with the listing?

there is an "swf" button in the editor, where you can include flash swf in the postings,

Thanks for the info.  I tried inserting code as you suggested like this (with the asterisks removed):
[*flash=742,435*]http://www.mandelmania.net/videos/mand3hd-720p.swf[*/flash*]

But the player controls don't appear, as they do on the following pages, (seems the .swf requires specific params passed into it to work as I intended it,) so for now I'll leave the posting like it is (I hope this is acceptable for the gallery postings; if not, please advise):

if you include any flash, you can add parameters with "?param=value" to the loaded swf, if it loads something check the pathes ....
