Hi folks,

Here is my very first attempt at an M3D video that lasts longer than a few 'test' seconds and it trials various techniques I have been learning over the past month or so.

Yeah, I realise there are a few little glitches (I can't find a smooth way of moving between a normal and a rectilinear lense) - and there are a few brief oversteps (if that's the term for slicing into nearby objects), and there may even a bit of camera judder, but I have been slogging over it for so intensely that I just wanted to get it out there and get some feedback.

I don't think the original soundtrack really fits - it's more spacey than undersea, but I had it available and added it on to try it out.

I can see that there are a few 'familiar' structures in it (like the web-like tendrils, the 'totems' and the 'coral'), but I wonder if there is anything at all that folk have not seen before[?]

Cheers all

Some great scenery here. A smoother frame-rate would have been nice though!

Hi,

Only just spotted this reply.

A bigger, higher resolution/frame rate, and therefore smoother version has since been laboriously created. not uploaded anywhere yet, tho.
Coming later.
