I just saw this movie.  It's a 2001 Australian drama about a mathematician and a banker who use chaos theory to predict financial markets.  Not great but not bad either.  It does enough things well that I was willing to overlook the parts which don't work.  More of a film-festival sort of movie than a popcorn flick.  Currently rated 6.7 out of 10 at IMDB http://imdb.com/title/tt0241223 and 5.7 out of 10 at Rotten Tomatoes http://rottentomatoes.com/m/bank.
