 * Circle 1 rolls around inside of the fixed base circle.

I had to try it in 3d. Couldn't think of a distance estimate to the path so I cheated and used lights.

Your 3d light printer is really awesome.
In the picture of Reply #4, the ratio of the radii of any two adjacent circles is 3.
And the speeds of the rolling circles are 1, -5, 20, -80, 320, ....
