My name is Jules Ruis; I am 62 years old and I live in The Netherlands.

    * During a period of 25 years I was the management consultant and advisor of the executive board of the Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands.
    * In the last 20 years of this period I also conducted some fifty management courses. For the Philips Electronics company I assisted about a thousand university graduated officers on their way to a management function.
    * From your own experience, management courses make use of a variety of questionnaires (Maslow, Hersey and Blanchard, Handy/Harrison, Mintzberg, Drucker, Porter, Prahalad, etc), and after years of working with those questionnaires, I was not satisfied with the results. The students were only given fractionized views to work with in their organizations and its relevant environment; no integration of the own separate results was  realized.
    * In 1995 I created the so called Julius Ruis Set, being a smart presentation of 400 Julia Sets, showing that the Mandelbrot Set is the paramter basin of all closed Julia Sets.
    * In 1998 I started a process of research, in mathematics, arts, design, nature, religions, etc., searching for self-repeating patterns and self-organization in nature (live organs) and in 2000 I started this internet www.fractal.org Competence Centre.
    * End of 2002, as a result of my experiments, I succeeded in 'producing' a real 3D fractal-tree in wax.
    * In 2005 I created a 3D fractal tree scaffold as a base for manufacturing of artificial organs.
