Well, I'm not quite that lazy, so I'll offer some info here.

I have been developing fractal related stuff for a few years.

Hehe. Photoshop? Never! (Well, I'll change my mind as soon as I have it).

All done in the GIMP (Free!). Basic process: Use fractal as mask on image. Blur mask, overlay on original fractal. Lots of other tweaks to play with, but thats the basic process I use.
