Just saying hello to all out there. I'm new to it all around here, forum, fractals and software. I've "played" around with graphics for some time now, but recently was turned on to Apophysis 2.09 and 7x as well as Mandelbulber, so I'm just "getting my feet wet". I've been struggling with some problems, so I decided to come here looking for some answers to my ignorance
Heydu,
I tried to answer your Apo question where you posted it. May not be the right solution but hopefully I've been able to explain what I think it is ok.
Aside from all that, I'm just a guy tryin' to live the dream in the mountains of Colorado. A few months ago I lost my job due to an office closure, so I'm trying my hand at entrepreneurial endevours, and am getting into photography as a new gig. With the allotted time of unemployment (and being slightly ADD when it comes to my hobbies), I've also tried to devote some learning time to graphics/art again as well, in various mediums.
Hehe... when I was a kid, we took a vacation to Yellowstone, and my Dad wanted to go to Col. Springs to see the Air Force Academy. He was in the Army Air Corps in WWII, but did not have to go overseas.
I don't remember too much beyond Old Faithful, out of the entire vacation, except for being in this tiny hot car trying to drive over huge mountain ranges.
I'm on the Way-West Coast now.

I've done fractals since 1998 or so, but I'm NOT a salestype. I've been considering looking for someone to "manage" my output, but I dunno how that would work. There are complications because my income is from an entitlement program ($$I). That means I have to report all of the money I make to the guv'ment!
But the econ is out of hand, and I need a new place to live too. So I'm grasping at straws as it were, trying to come up with ideas about how to get my a** out of the place I live in, and in my mind it appears that I will not be able to do that unless I am able to find more dollars than the allowance the guv'ment provides.
(Oh, btw, I've had similar problems. If you want to get that ADD off your back, I recommend turning off the Tube and the Games - forever!)
