Hey everyone. Just received a surprising e-mail informing me about this place, so I decided to check it out.

I'm sorta new to fractals, mostly experimenting through trial and error to get some interesting results. I primarily use Ultra Fractal, but sometimes I love to play around with Apophysis. You can check my gallery at http://iraka.deviantart.com for some of the fractals I've done.

Yes, I got this nice inviting email to this group too, And I am rather surprised, as I am only a student/beginner of Fractals.
But this sure looks as if it will be a wide reaching group where all our Fractal fun and information will be centralized.
I sure am interested in creating some, as I have seen some amazing work from you people.
My classmates have done some wonderful Fractals in our Photoshop classes, and I hope that I can someday follow with some of my own.

We will soon have Intel Macs, I call them MacTels, and the exiting thing is that we will be able to use some of the Windows software that we have not been able to use before this happened.
Like XenoDream and UltraFractal, and others.
I have not purchased my MacTel yet, but I will soon, and then I will join you all with some images of my own.
Yes, we do have some nice Fractal software for our Macs, and I do have some images to post later.
Hello everybody! and lets have fun making some wonderful pictures!

Looking forward to what you already have created with the software you use on your Mac.  Do you have webspace where your images are on display??

Not sure what Mac related software you have been using, but these are some MAC programs:

Yes, I would like to renew viewing this thread, as some of my classmates are going to be interested in making Fractals too.
Ive not got good enough ones to put here,,,,,yet,,,,,but I sure want to keep looking at this forum.
This sure is a lot of fun, and though Ive not gotten my Intel Mac yet, I want to keep looking at your wonderful Fractal art work.
I have made some and will put them into an album which I might post later this year.

I would like to figure out how to have instant email notification when replys are made to posts here, so that I can keep in tough. You know how busy people can get,,,,,

Keep up the good work, the new images here are WONDERFUL!  And I sure have enjoyed looking thru them all.
Thanks,
Jane
