hey, that is quite a list, params are somehow the hidden treasures one has to find and the gold nuggets of the artists, if you read carefully some images in the gallery there come with the marker "P" triangle in the corner, for those params you are able to retreive the parameters, and include a link to the params. for all the other pictures you have to kindly ask the author directly

also be very careful how you handle such parameters, most of them come with some kind of license, so you need to mention the original author if used somehow

Now I have the parameters of this:

How can I use them?
I tried to edit a .fract file, but there is a invalid header error.

these params seem to belong to a previous version of mandelbulber, 1.x , for the 2.x version you need to import old params, i think there should be a button or menu entry for that, i have never used it and right now it is buggy regarding handling of the decimal sign, either "," or "."

read here about current state of the feature:

The older versions are also present at the location provided on mandelbulber.com (sourceforge).
Just copy the code of the parameters. Mandelbulber 1.x has a button "paste parameter from clipboard", paste them and enjoy...  grin

Is it normal, that the rendering takes approximately 20 hours on a i5 laptop?
Is there any way rendering on my Radeon HD?

I guess in this case it is normal. Here the reasons:
  • resolution is double size 1720 x 1720
  • Full ambient occlusion is turned on at a high quality stage

here the hints to reduce rendering time dramatically:
  • switch image res to a screen fitting size
  • uncheck "ambient occlusion" in shaders 1 tab
  • check "screen space ambient occlusion enable" in shaders 2 tab

And yes there is a way to render on your radeon card, but at this point I stop spoon feeding every single step. If you really want to find out, you will...
