The text parameters you see are fairly simple to open - just copy them, then click the "txt" option in the "Open" tab of MB3D.  Then render.

There are 3 open options - m3i, m3p, and txt - the txt is there for sharing parameters.  Sometimes older parameters look different in newer versions of the program.  Be sure to check for errors if the difference is very big, or if they don't work at all.
