My first 3D printed object arrived today. It's a shape I made using the Voxel Stacks feature in Mandelbulb 3D as a part of this Instructables tutorial. http://www.instructables.com/id/Create-a-3D-printed-3D-fractal/

I'm very impressed with the print and I can't wait to try something larger and more complex. So cool to hold something in RL that started out as nothing but pixels and light.

Super fun stuff, thanks everyone.

Weavers: I've been keeping an eye on the little shaver, but she hasn't yet done anything too suspicious. I did catch her conferring with some of the local fractal inhabitants, though. Might be some sort of trouble brewing there.  police

jotero: That Mandelbulb looks fantastic. I'm glad to see that people are putting those tutorials to good use. I'm currently saving up for my own 3D printer so I can continue my experiments. I've also seen some of your work on YouTube - fascinating shapes you are creating.
