Hello

I have uploaded updates on my programs.
http://www.chillheimer.de/kallesfraktaler/

Kalles Fraktaler has only one small new function: Custom zoom level.
This enables zoom sequences to be rendered with smaller steps than the standard 2.
This is useful when creating a movie with the (fake) distance estimation coloring method, or slopes.
It is hard to avoid the rectangle from the key-frames to be visible unless a ridiculous large resolution is used, which takes a huge amount of time to render.
If smaller zoom-level than 1.25 is used, the center is not re-used, since it creates visible rounding errors.

Key Frame Movie Maker has two new functions:
* Custom zoom level, in order to support the same from Kalles Fraktaler.
* Image textures...

Following movie was created with Image texture:

Nice update.

Are the slopes automatically generated when using image textures?

No, the slopes are optional.

Hi, hope it's ok to bump this older thread?  I'm having some issues trying to use the image texture option in Movie Maker...  First, the only way I can get it to work at all is if I select to use a slope.  Second, the texture/fractal appears to "flash" between every movie keyframe/zoom.  Almost as if the opacity is getting messed up somehow... Any suggestions?  I can upload a sample video and my settings if it helps... Thanks!

Someone else encountered the flashing issue, I whish I remembered what the reason was.
To get the textures working the full frames needs to be rendered for each movie frame, so color cycling or slopes is needed to trigger this
