I once needed to translate exel file with eurocodes calculations from french. Well, google did job. Maybe there would be problems with some (#^($(*& words;)

If  (#^($(*& means "cuss" as in cuss word, then nope. Google will most likely translate them fine.
Translating a single word, Google works more often than it doesn't (though there can be a bit rarer words that are unknown and thus untranslated or, very rarely, failed to be translated correctly)
Translating full sentences, however, if they are slightly beyond the border of triviality, it will often NOT work.
Entire texts become pretty nonsensical.

It's often way harder and more time consuming to decipher sentences that are translated from a language you're able to roughly understand, than to directly read it and try to grasp the meaning that way.

Although I noticed that many of the problems actually show up once translated from English to German. AFAIK, Google Translations will always translate a language to English and only then to the actual target language. If you translate from any language to English, it will be way more readable than if you translate any language to German.

Translation is never automatic; you always need to interpret the sense of what the other person wanted to say to do the translation, a PC can't do so (for now) wink

I doubt that was his problem here.

His problem is, that this thread has an English title.
And a particularly interesting one.
Burning Ship 3D is very teasing. Nobody checks the kind of Forum when seeing an interesting thread.

Darn, everything is russian!

Good point. I have updated the title.

Russian folks, please let me know if the title is incorrect. I know this is difficult to translate a formula name smiley

Горящее судно 3D.
Sounds strange but ...

For translations like that I use wikipedia headlines: Gorući brod, Płonący statek, but no russian article.
With help of google...

Горящий корабль в 3Д, or maybe of google help -> Фрактал горящий корабль в 3Д.

This is what google likes;)

Из ртутиwink

С "Горящим судном 3Д" автор скорее подразумевал мандельбокс / амейзингбокс.
