Could the be modified to generate quazicristaline middle eastern like pattern?

Maybe it needs different angle.

Hi Asdam, it is difficult (for me, at least) to predict what type of pattern will result from a Julia fractal so my answer would have to be 'I don't know!' :-)

But thanks for the reference. It may be possible to alter a fractal using a transformation based on these patterns.
