chaotica 0.43 for windows mac and linux

Finally the Mac and Linux builds are working again! 

0.43 also brings crucial bugfixes and improvements (changelog at the end of the post)

* Better handling of gamma threshold from XML (have to / 4 when load, * 4 when saving...)
* Better handling of performance statistics across rendering sessions
* Made Apophysis imaging mode default instead of flam3
* Completely reworked xform system...
