Had to throw in my gratuitous plug. Actually I noticed in the above list that they never updated the tutorial list on DA and they got my other two tutorials, but left this one out. Just a basic tutorial on the 3D hack http://nemopaice.deviantart.com/art/Apo3D-Hack-Basic-tutorial-70637447

Just a note... it is definitely NOT a "true third dimension" wink  It is just a little hack, as its name says.
There was once a true 3D Apophysis (like, 5 years ago? I think), being a real volume renderer, but it got passed away.

When you created a flame, how to add the fake depth to it ?
I mean, as if would be seen from some 3D perspective?

I'm using 2.08 3D.
