illegal use of images from forum members

i just got a call by phone (!!!) from a member of the fotocommunity, a german image sharing site, and got informed that user "surreale welt" is using images from forum members in his account,
i havent found any image yet, but here is the link to the user, as far as i know images from lenord and kraftwerk are used:

Is this user claiming to be the author of the images? In my particular case, I have no problem if anybody wants to use my images for something, or my formulas, or whatever... but i'd like to be mentioned, at least.

Hmmm, it is so sad with these people... I do not care if anyone uses my images, but a link and some credit is the least they could give in return. 
Or even better, ask first too...

I have found collections of big parts of my images on russian "Art sites", my name is mentioned, but no links...

Can't find anything on "surreale welt":s profile, maybe he erased them?
