OMG-Totally addicted to Mandelbulb

Hi, all:

I'm Frank S., from Long Island, New York.  Been into fractal programs on and off for a couple of years.  FractalXtreme & Apophysis were my favorites.  Then I "discovered" Mandelbulb - and now my life as I knew it is over!   

This program is more absorbing and addicting than any movie created landscape...EVER.  Just what I needed - another distraction from work and family...

P.S.  Some of the images you folks have created are awesome and inspiring.

Well, I see there is a 256KB upload limit, so here is an image that just does not do justice to the original.  Greatly reduced size and resolution, but still representative of the awesome vistas and imaginary lands that have been revealed to my eyes.

Wow...what a relief!  Kindred spirits.  You have no idea how much more normal I feel knowing you guys (and gals?) are out there.   

Can't wait until Thanksgiving to thoroughly browse this forum and "meet" you folks.  I've already gotten the sense that there's a lot of diversity in interests and styles, very helpful and supportive folks, and lots of civility here, so I'm thrilled to have been accepted as a member.  Nice job, mods and members!
