if kifs is the var. for the standard output (with DE) I'm using max(kifs,-kifs)..quite strange diving inside -kifs.
An example (using JosLeys's octa without DE):
octahedron/external (scale 2)



octahedron/internal (scale around 1.7) no shadows hurt

I can see how the camera flight path is difficult to manage when you change the world all the time  grin

If you render with --overunder and copy the yt3d tags i have on my 3d vids, youtube will know how to offer various 3d output options.
I'll try figure out what the right tags are for --xeyed, but with --overunder you retain more resolution in the horizontal, which matters most for stereo vision.
