I am glad to have found this forum.
I haven't had time to browse much yet.
 I don't have  patience
to study the math behind the theory,
but I do like experimenting with fractal programs.
I would like to know if anyone might think that I
got some "unusual" renderings from the programs that I have used.
They can be seen at:

I used kaosrhei,tierazon,and apophysis.

Hi.

I liked your "tribal" images.

"Tribal Face" was Very Simian and "Tribal Man" was more Sci-Fi than Tribal to my Hippy Eyes...  But I'm just an old Hippy.  Ignore me.

Nice renders.

I may have to look at that program eventually.

I think you were speaking of "Far-out man", an Apophysis render. I don't know if Apophysis's "fractal flames" are regarded as true fractals and I don't look for the same type images with as most others do but it is an interesting program and alot of fun to play with. Thanks for looking and hey, I'm an old hippie too! -50 yrs next April

Hi all,
Apparently the "Fractall Artists Ring" is dead!  But a new beginning is welcome.  I will be happy to review new fractals and submit some of my own.    Later,  lyle
