Process for password change

Once you have correctly logged into the Forum (which you must have done to be able to post a topic), then you should be able to go to your own Profile:
    http://www.fractalforums.com/index.php?action=profile;u=55

On the left-hand menu, there should be a choice for "Account Related Settings" under the "Modify Profile" section.  That link will take you to a web page to modify your password.

If you are still having problems, then please give the error you are receiving, or further information as to what is happening.

Thanks for the help... this situation is that my old computer remembers my original password but I don't. I just acquired a new machine and I would like to access FF on that one as well; but when I get to bottom of the 'change settings' page, it wants my original password as verification so I'm stuck...

just logout, and tell the board that you lost your pw, it will generate a new one and send it to your email adreess ...
