The Key to String Theory

“The Key to String Theory”
Oil on Canvas 18”x 24”   12/2015  Louis Markoya – former protégé to Salvador Dali’

When fractal chaos develops just beyond the degree reached in one of my last paintings,  “Death, While Disintegrating, Contemplating the Synthesized Theory of Reincarnation”, it forms the line geometry of String Theory. Beyond the ultra mixing of marbleized patterns, String Theory not only tried to describe 10 dimensions and alternate universes, it explains in our most basic composition, how we are all connected. How the fractal fabric of the universe through intricate folds and impossible surfaces, links us, and everything around us together.
One reason why string theory is difficult to imagine is the scales at which it is found. Well below particle dimensions, the folding of space is fractal in nature.
To visualize this complex topic I have used both 2 dimensional and 3 dimensional fractals. As well as Cinema 4D and particle geometry to define my being and the molecular structures which are forming it.
The spiral galaxy within the head of the string being shows that we all live in our ouwn universe, and while this universe is complex beyond most imaginations; it contains the beauty of everything.
