tnx guys cheesy

I just noticed the animation plays for a few seconds then jumps to the end the first time I play it but after that it plays all 30 seconds, I guess it's because it's only a couple of Megs and might not be enough for the video stream software, but the second time it is small enough to come from the local browser cache? anyone else?

tnx have to got to Crist-JRoger too for setting up that nice scene and the water A Beer Cup I just moved around for a good look cheesy

rendered @1920x1080 with only 20 subframes and overcomplete wavelet filter...
Code:
mencoder mf://$1*.png -mf w=$2:h=$3:fps=$4:type=png -vf ow=6:3:3:unsharp=c3x3:0.5:l3x3:0.5 -ovc x264 -lavcopts vcodec=libx264 -x264encopts crf=25 -o $1.$2x$3.mp4

the above line in a bash script named "pngtomp4" works like...
Code:
> pngtomp4 WaterTest 1920 1080 25
cmd basename xres yres fps
outputs file named WaterTest.1920x1080.mp4

just a followup/close-up, the overcomplete wavelet filter in mencoder is actually quite good.
