http://www.fractalforums.com/index.php?action=gallery;sa=view;id=18442

Hey guys/gals, it has been awhile since the last time I did a fractal piece. This time I went from Mandelbulb 3D to Mandelbulber v2.05 I must say it rekindled my passion for fractal art again. Hope you enjoy. Feedback welcome  grin

interesting pic, the light comes out as a flame, but it is just a point source with some volume light? the floor looks a little too regular, some contrast for the floor could be a good addition wink

good looking fire afro afro afro

Have you tried using two water effects poking thru each other for a "surface". I have grin, but with not much success sad

Attached is an example of using one for water and another poking thru in the distance to make land.
