It's been a while since I published movies here, but here are two new ones.

The first one starts as an ordinary Mandelbrot zoom with slopes and high bailout. But some 27 seconds in the movie something unusual happens:

I guess you used a video instead of images I guess, am I right? (this is also my reply to your reply on youtube)

I "dumped" all movie-frames as jpegs in one render, and then used them one by one frame by frame as textures on a second render. smiley
