oops I posted  the wrong file,

Anyhow as per bug issue listed at Github:

alpha 12
beta 6
gamma 3

imports as:
no rotation

sometimes it also imports as -180,-180,-180
regardless of the "right" angle

i messed this up.

I was able to reproduce the bug, find it and fix it:
https://github.com/buddhi1980/mandelbulber2/commit/16231324f29697014a9de86141c7005a6fc6f553

If you really need the old settings right now in the new program, you could open the settings with v2.07, save it to new format and reopen in the new version.
Or you could build yourself from current code base.
Otherwise you would have to wait for the new version, but buddhi is still on vacation, so you would have to wait a little.

I have just returned, so the fix will be released soon (version 2.08-2 without any new features, just bug fixes)
