Hi! I've been lurking around ff for almost a moth now and I realize I haven't  introduced myself yet. The short story is that I spend most of my days starring into microscopes (both optical and EM) and have always seen fractals everywhere, inside our cells, in the bacteria that infect them and in nature in general. I recently red several books on non linear dynamics and complex systems and I'm currently implementing these techniques in my research. The mandelbulb rendering was my strange attractor for this forum. I'll eventually post some "fractal" images from my microscope excursions, but for the moment I'll stick to the "arty" side of fractals.

Greetings, and a belated Welcome to this particular Forum !!!      cheesy

Looking forward to those microscopic views, whenever you make them available.
