Yesterday I joined the forum and posted my two fractal renders, today I'm introducing myself, as I have more time. I've been lurking around the forum reading around, and decided to finally register.
I love making fractals, adoring renders as well as reading some *not-too-heavy* fractal theory. I mostly use homebrew (self-written) software to render it, which allows me to do anything I want with my fractals. I like modifying the regular formulas and checking what comes out, for example:

Or renders like this:

TL;DR - I like making fractals MYSELF and experimenting on them.

Welcome to the forums.

Those pictures look like the formula Z^iter+c. Which formulas did you use for those?

The first one was Z^(1+iter/maxIter)+c, but I don't remember the second one.

EDIT: WHOOOPS! It's Z^(2+iter/maxIter)+c, just noticed I got it wrong.
