A Matchmaker Julia set with two attractors, one of period 3 and one of period 40. Both are on the verge of instability, resulting in the high iterations needed to do justice to this image. Making matters worse, the complex swirls caused particularly by the high period of the latter attractor result in a need for aggressive antialiasing, making this one quite slow to calculate.
