I just found google's <<search image of same type>> function... if you right click an image result and search google for same image. you can actually multiply an image type with a search word.

that is nice, indeed, since that resource is so big, it is really obtaining interesting results, and many of the fractal images make good starting points wink

you can also drag any image(from your harddrive or other websites) into the google-image-search bar and it will find similar pictures or different versions..
I love that feature!

Well I have just done this with one of my images and I found out that someone else has taken credit for it and is using it...  hurt

My pic of 2010 here: http://www.fractalforums.com/index.php?action=gallery;sa=view;id=2815

Used here as a banner for a blog without credit or linkage to thew original:

https://plus.google.com/107465440456517573160

And furthermore attributed to a certain Ahmed Foula which I am certainly not:

Well, blob, that's the internet.
Try contacting the person nicely and if the person denies it all, maybe some  police action could be done. smiley

Well I would have done this but I just don't feel like registering a Google+ account plus leaving it this way will leave a bigger chance to expose this guy as the shameless thief and liar he is when/if someone searches for other cool fractal pics by him.  A Beer Cup

Using this feature I found many people or even companies using my images  without authorization. For instance I like this page from China using my photo of a 3D print. They never replied to my e-mails...
