woah, the first time i see an ifs that is looking photorealistic, awesome, have you ever thought about a text-based parameter sharing system like mb3d or ultrafractal ?!

@Christian Sry, but I think, I did not get the point regarding the parameter-sharing. Do you mean a cloud-based database or something like this? In fact, I'm thinking about JWildfire 2.0 with some social plattform were you can exchange fractals and vote, comment them etc.. But for now its only an idea and I plan to check out some technologies in first place.

The Facebook page that is used by JWildfire Users is a very active social platform.  They even created a second one just for the posting of Video and Animation related items.    cheesy

i meant that sharing parameters via text based encoding so that they can be shared by simple copy and paste in a forums posting, like mb3d and ultrafractal do it

Ah, ok, this is a central part of the software since the early days, we are sharing params as *.flame files, and buttons for copy/paste are in the software as well :-)

This was made using the default (java-based) renderer and takes (at resolution 1920x1080) a few minutes (I usually do not measure exact times, because I use the interactive renderer, which I let render until I think its done)
