it is a true unique handmade glass fiber object wink
they created an 3dsmax object, that was looking very exact like this one, consider doing this on just one 2d image view smiley
and in general, this symbol stand for a hybrid science, combining social sciences with natural sciences is the spirit wink

Well, I am so impressed of the work they put into this project...
I hope I will be able to go there and touch it some day.
Still curious what technique they used to get the 3dsmax object to a glass fiber object...

Interesting to hear about the symbolic meaning too, thank you for your reports Christian!
