A feature I would like is the ability to, instead of exporting animations as individual frames, export animations as a .gif, .mov, .mp4, etcetera. PErhaps we could have control over framerat as well. thanks sign

This will not happen because of several reasons, first of all i would still render to still images because of the large time it often needs and every crash or so would make all progress beeing lost.
Then you might have to struggle with video formats and so on, that is already implemented well in programs like virtual dub.
Why should i spend the effort and time to re-event those programs, even the animation maker was something i would not have made for me alone  wink
Of course afterwards it is nice to have, lol.

I'd agree with jesse here. There are surely one million things according to fractal functionality, that I would like to have first.
