This plant is known as Kalanchoe, the border of their leaves is full of small copies, wich , in turn , show thier own leaves filled with even smaller copies.

    show thier own leaves filled with even smaller copies.

I used to have several of a specific species (there are about 125) within this genus.  They were very easy to propagate from their leaf "off-spring".    cheesy

Yes, we used to call them "aliens" because of their spiked look and their insistence in survive anywhere. wink
