Here  were more a dozen of images but none show up

http://www.fractalforums.com/index.php?topic=13503.msg52307#msg52307

I can't see nothing wrong with the links that work on other forums...

Anyway now i use the code tags to include here the original message with the image links hoping this may help to debug

Code:

[img]http://www.gimpchat.com/files/158_tropical%202.jpg[/img]

The Holy Bulbs are not only holy but also quite smart , so smart to convince the explorers that a friendly symbiotic relation was the most advantageous agreement for both races

[img]http://www.gimpchat.com/files/158_bo-10-dev4n.jpg[/img]

The Pioneers of Lysergica were mostly farmers of Hemp, Holy mushroom, Cactus and other Psychoactive plants , forced to escape from the planet after a series of new Prohibition Laws against tobacco, alcohol, and any kind of psychoactive plant or substance .

Obviously such huge bulbs so rich of the most delicious psychoactive substance and even with a promising a smell and taste were very attractive and the first encounter ended with the dramatic departure of a few bulbs , that after several experiments ended in a frying pot

Luckily for both Lysergica psychoactive plants have their way to communicate and that group of explorers very emphatic , even more when stoned

And so come the visions and the dreams and in the dreams and visions was proposed the Pact :
If sliced or roasted to be eaten they would have forced horrible bad trips as revenge and already they changed their metabolism to become a deadly poison for all human bipeds

but they could offer much if respected and considered as alley to protect

No more bulbs should be harmed , but from now on Humans should no more waste their precious organic fertilizer,so much appreciated by the Holy Bulbs also for its exotic flavor  and delicate taste

Instead should be all carefully preserved for the ritual offering and the reward will rich the best natural alkaloids of a quality never dreamed before

Since all had exactly the same visions the offer was taken very  seriously and soon the cave become a Sanctuary

Pilgrims come usually with a couple of tanks one for their offer , the other to collect the precious resin

When the Holy Bulbs absorb the human biologic fertilizer they also automatically absorb and analyze the DNA so they could shortly metabolize and offer the most excellent psychoactive resin tailored not only for the generic person  chemistry but also for his mood and situation.

So the Holocaust was avoided
The Holocaust because  as the Explorers soon discovered the Holy Bulbs are as the neural system of the planet,
and any attack to the bulb was  a attack to the most delicate nerve of the planet ...they survived only because the Holy Bulbs even if full of rage avoided to react and instead left to the Explorers a chance for a peaceful agreement...

Because  few Pioneers would have no hope in a fight against the whole planet
So now there is deep understanding and respect, and good business for everybody:

For the Lysergica explorers that can get for free and in almost unlimited quantity the best psychoactive drugs,
...no nausea , diarrhea, vomit as  the Mushroom and  Cacti of their native planet, but a rich exotic flavor and taste , excellent also as a digestive[i] ....and all that  just in change of their  shit [/i]!

And also the Holy Bulbs are very satisfied and are very glad to see appreciated as deserve the aromatic resin that they produce so generously, a resin that in  native Holy Bulbs language is called [i]"shit"[/i]

And the story had a happy end

[b]the Holy Bulbs are also very moody and their mood reflect in the colors and luminosity that are continually shifting

PS just curious to see if  here will work
