I ended up at this site/forum in an interesting way and although I have never been exposed to fractal art I have been creating photographs that are very "geometric" - nature photos that I photoshop. 

I also am a poet and I have used symbols for years and have had some friends comment it seems like formulas?

So, I am anxious to peruse the site and learn more!
