Title: 001.828 Post by: _db_ on April 22, 2008, 06:57:54 AM I used the same approach as Rob Bunney in a UPR posted on the UF mailing list and along with some generous support from Janet Parke, Rob, and Rick Spix managed to come up with this one.

Thanks for the kind words Trifox. The white circles are done with straightforward masking. There were other ones that aren't visible that were removed for compositional reasons with a 'mask the mask' technique. I thought this image might be useful as an example of masking techniques. If you want to start a wiki, an examples, or tutorials thread I'll write up a little how-to for it and perhaps build on it as questions or other contributions arise. Thanks again, db Title: Re: 001.828 Post by: GFWorld on April 23, 2008, 07:23:58 PM Thankīs Trifox for actual information here ;)

It was fascinating :-) >but stinks heavily - I think thatīs an understatement ( Untertreibung in german ) here < Rolling Eyes > :police: Margit Title: Re: 001.828 Post by: GFWorld on April 23, 2008, 07:35:23 PM I donīt do so much with Layers in UF, but all my compliments here for a wonderful work :)
