I'm the new guy, and I noticed that this forum is mainly focused on visual/image fractals. I'm actually writing a synthesizer that uses a fractal algorithm to generate sound, so not your typical fractal, but I think that the knowledge about fractals applies everywhere. Anywho, I was wondering...where do you discuss fractals themselves? Didn't see a dedicated forum for that, maybe I'm just blind! :) Anyways, hey everyone! P. Title: Re: Hey! Isn't it nice, your first day and your already label the "other" :) Most fractals have there own little thread going so I'm not sure where you should start. A guru will be along shortly I'm sure.

i've had some ideas for audio fractals, but it's another matter entirely to make something which sounds nice... have you perchance addressed this issue? Title: Re: Hey!
