Title: Second mandelbulb 3d tutorial. Post by: wolfwing1 on August 03, 2011, 09:21:23 PM This one showing bulboxplus another formula to show different combinations, let me know what you think and if this format helps at all, of if you have better suggestions. I did this first for my own use, but thought these kind of things might be useful references for others too.

Post by: wolfwing1 on August 04, 2011, 11:03:51 PM well thats sort of the idea, it's more for people to look for the type of shape they want to do a fractal of pause it, then use the combinations, it's really just a starting point, but if I want to make a certain shape, I can just go through my image folder or watch this to see what to go from, rather then trying to remember wich or going through all combinations each time, when wanting random, it's fine, but wanting to go back to another shape it helps. Plus give people a idea of what they can do/make, plan on doing pics showing how changes in variables can effect stuff.

Post by: wolfwing1 on August 04, 2011, 11:11:08 PM What my hope for this down the road after more tutorial's is to try to document and show how combining works and the outcomes, maybe enough that I and other new people can sort of get a idea/feel for how hybrids work, to then extrapolate from the images how to combine for their own with a goal in mind. |
