Title: First mandelbulb, suggestions?
Post by: nextdimension on August 01, 2011, 04:58:43 PM
Ok so I just made this after downloading Mandelbulb3D and reading a tutorial by Fiery-Fire(thanks by the way) It looked great as a still but when I made this flyover movie you can see that there are parts that sort of vanish into white. And then I also tried to add light and it kind of made things pixelated, so I took it off, but it kind of made a cool effect for a second.
Let me know what you think.

read http://www.fractalforums.com/mandelbulb-3d/how-to-avoid-objectsscenes-cut-in-the-field-of-view/ (http://www.fractalforums.com/mandelbulb-3d/how-to-avoid-objectsscenes-cut-in-the-field-of-view/)

it describes exactly what happened to your flight, and solves the problem.

My suggestion is that you use
MANDELBULBER
MANDELBULBER
MANDELBULBER
Because it makes better quality images than mandelbulb 3D. https://sites.google.com/site/mandelbulber/

What about it makes it's images better?

Both make Fantastic images   O0

Such things depend far more on the user than the software.
