Kali-related with a different kind of exponential being used. Unfortunately it produces floating-point errors due to limited precision, blowing up to +/-Inf readily away from the vortices, so the large areas of solid blue shades are really hiding fractal detail I'm not sure how to reveal (short of using really, really slow bignum math of some kind).

It still came out looking interesting though, with the hexagonally symmetric flowers and an almost "cartoon gloss" look to some of the "FP error" features.
