Title: How to render Mandelbulber Video
Post by: leptictidium on May 27, 2011, 10:03:57 PM
Hey! I'm new to this forum and am very excited to make my first fractal video in mandelbulber. I've been playing around with it for awhile but I can't figure out how to do it. I have a menger sponge opened and I just want to make a very simple video as a test. I went to the animation tab. What do I do now?

hi there,
at first, i recommend http://sites.google.com/site/mandelbulber/getting-started (http://sites.google.com/site/mandelbulber/getting-started). you find a nice overview there, how to create animations.

a quich hint: besides the animation tab, you need the timeline button at the bottom of the main window. there you can arrange the keyframes for your animation.

finally i recommend virtual dub to convert the images of your animation 2 video-file.

have fun
