Title: Mandelbulb buffers
Post by: paragon5 on May 15, 2011, 04:16:29 AM
How do you save the buffers in Mandelbulb 3D? I tried one and it saved as a BMP, but I could not figure out how to pull the image back up to finish rendering. Is it possible to stop the render and take it back up again? Thanks, William

No, you can not pause the render or save the render buffers in Mandelbulb3d. When you save in BMP or any image format it's just image data, no render data is included. You could save as an M3I file, however it does not start from where it left off, it starts over again after you load it, plus M3i files of Large Renders will be enormous.
