Fail. The individual image pages don't show ratings but the gallery pages do, one below each thumbnail. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

ok, thank you, i try to remove it as well, completely remove the functionality will be much harder, but it is just a measure
to keep the average opinion as unbiased as possible, i remove it on the overview, but lists can always be sorted by rating ;) (psscht!)

I would like to vote - can you tell me what the procedure is - can't see anything obvious

voting happens below the image you are viewing, there you should see ( as logged in user ) a 5-star radio button, from which you can choose
your rating, you can use ->next to go forward to the next image in the section, the voting was disabled until 1st of may, and it is now clearly possible,
please look again, or can anybody else confirm the voting stars are missing ???

They worked for me.

Be careful not to make a mistake -- it doesn't (at least as of yet) let you change your vote later.

I might just be a complete awesome dude, but I have yet to figure out how to vote...

the newsletter sending was broken at some percentage everytime i send out the letters, sorry for that!
but it is annual ;) starting each year at 1st of may!

Only to throw in 2 cents, and not to cause controversy, I must announce that I absolutely refuse to vote at all, in my version of being fair. Years ago, I painted fantasy landscapes, and have a deep appreciation for the images in the galleries.  Every picture is impressive in its own way, and they're all superb, thoughtful, and a reflection of each artist's vision.  Do you prefer apples or oranges?  They are both good fruits, but should one be forced to choose one democratically at the expense of a minority view?  Like good music, it just doesn't seem right to compare things that exist in their own distinct worlds, and have their own unique (and INCOMPARABLE) value.  I know it's not supposed to work that way, it being a contest as such, but abstention seems right for me, being as odd as I am!

the win of an image contest like this rewards the most popular image, not the best one. i can't see anything wrong about that.
