Title: Seahorse
Post by: DarkBeam on March 27, 2011, 05:48:49 PM
A test with Dragon curve tessellation. :D Heighway dragon is very similar to Pytagoras tree, too bad the approximations here produce more evident cuts and wrong things... But the overall results looks not that bad. ^-^

That is very nice, no parameters?  :D

(ps: i have a workaround for the navi issue with the ptree_tess formula in the next version, no urgent need to change the formula)

The same old method :)
Use as pretransform the trans, then throw sinepow2, rpow3 or stuff like.
This is for quick tests, else you can use ifs or with my new updatec also any mset :D
Cheers
ps the navi issue is fixed, everything works fine now and the noise is very low. Reget the transform I uploaded it many times, everytime fixing something

Ok, got the Dragon  :)

But the ptree differs now from the previous one?

Here are the sample parameters and the pic i get, a bug or just a case of different values to use?
