Title: Oversized Navigation window Post by: neoexcello on March 26, 2011, 06:17:32 AM I'm new to working with MB3D, and am having trouble with the size of the navigation window. It's so large that I can't get to the buttons on the bottom. Can't find a way to resize it. Anybody else have this problem?

I believe that the 3D navigator window follows the same proportion as the main one, but at a fixed width. Also, I just tried a 1:1 square proportion, and sure enough... on my 1024x768 monitor, I can see the normal controls, but the extra control panel expands off the screen. Sorry, but I think you have to go to like a 4:3 proportion, or get a new monitor.
The only other thing I can think of is that some graphics drivers or extra software has the ability to give you a larger virtual desktop - so if you move your mouse to the bottom of the screen, it will scroll down. Can't think of one right of hand though. Good luck! O0 Title: Re: Oversized Navigation window Post by: lenord on March 27, 2011, 02:21:48 PM Only time I see that is on very tall ones 3:4 or 1:2 aspects. What I've done in the past on that is reverse the width and Height settings (ie to 4:3 or 2:1) and rotate the image 90 degrees and work on it in that way and Rotate it back during Postwork. Gets pretty tricky with the lighting to get it right for a different orientation than the one your working with though, but it worked.
