Title: Golden Spiral/Fractal tattoo Post by: calaquendi42 on March 10, 2011, 04:13:55 PM Hello Everyone,
I need a tattoo of a golden spiral turned into fractal, and given the difficulty complexity I would love to show the tattoo artist a good picture or what I want. I'd definitely pay for a good sketch. The idea I have in mind is two golden spirals, going in opposite directions but starting in the same spot, in the center of my back. one of the spirals would terminate into a fractal (maybe a julia set or some other fractal, no mandelbrots though) going down my right arm to about the elbow. The other spiral would go down my left arm, maybe into a flaming lasso or something, or maybe just leave it as a spiral. However, I can't draw worth crap (i can get the spirals down thanks to Fibonacci, but can't draw anything else) so I need a sketch. However, If you have another good idea on combining a golden spiral with a fractal I'm definitely open to ideas (And i'm not picky about body placement; could be full back, arms, legs, anything really). Thanks, Ian Title: Re: Golden Spiral/Fractal tattoo Post by: Fractal Ken on March 10, 2011, 08:13:15 PM Welcome, Ian!
